Perfect for my autistic daughter
Perfect, beautiful packaged, my daughter loved making a video opening her essa. Also really appreciated the whatsapp updates. I actually still can't believe how great the quality is. It stands, sits, lies down and with a lead it's easy to move around to do tricks. Absolutely brilliant and my daughter takes him everywhere and I spent a fortune on pet supplies. Only suggestion would be to have more of a choice of accessories for sale on your website, for example harness, leads, collars, socks, bowl, toys and dog bed because it has been tricky getting the right sizes and would have saved lots of time just adding to order instead of many days out to local pet supply shops. 2 beautiful, authentic Douglas dogs
I purchased Wolfgang, the Pointer and Chase, the Border Collie for my granddaughter. They arrived very quickly. I must now confess that I looked at the small box and thought I had been scammed, as I didn’t believe the 2 dogs would fit in it. I opened it to see the authentic dogs, beautifully wrapped. My only problem now is that the Border Collie is so beautiful, would my granddaughter hate me if I kept it? 😜

Order arrived promptly and was securely packaged with a nice note from the supplier. I did get feedback overnight when asking for some details about the product. Returns policy could be more prominent on the website as I had to dig to find that. My daughter is thrilled with her ESSA dog which is very expensive for what it is but she is very happy. The dog wasn’t weighted like we thought it might be as an emotional support plush so might be worth adding more to the descriptions to say ‘light weight’. But like a said my daughter loves it and hasn’t put it down! Would be great if you also sold accessories! I’m now having to search the World Wide Web for a harness that fits! Thank you.

Fantastic service so helpful and went above and beyond!! We ordered an ESSA teddy for my daughter for Christmas but she decided she did not like the eyes - she is autistic and very particular! I contacted Aida to see if we could exchange and she was more than happy to organise and helped us choose the right one sending us pictures of the dogs available and their eyes so that my daughter could be sure she was going to be happy with the chosen exchange. Exchange arrived really quickly and even came with a free gift. My daughter is so happy and I will be saving Aida’s details as I will not be shopping anywhere else for future Douglas teddies!!
