All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
This service includes:

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday) on a working day are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends or public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
3. Delivery Times
Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically delivers within 2–3 working days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.
You can track your order directly via the Royal Mail website.
5. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, ESSA UK is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control.
