Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from ESSA UK. If something isn’t right, you have the right to return your order under the terms below.


1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly (by email) within 14 days of delivery.


2. Returns Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or is incomplete.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • The original delivery cost (standard delivery only) will be refunded.
    Express or upgraded shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
In these cases:

  • We will cover return shipping costs.

  • You are entitled to a full refund or replacement.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Items sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • Gift cards or digital products
