ESSA UK Gift Card: Let Them Choose Their Own Douglas® Companion
Choosing a plush companion for someone else is not always easy. One person wants a German Shepherd that looks just like their own dog, another has their heart set on a pocket-size Dachshund, and a collector may already own half the range. If you would rather let them choose for themselves, the ESSA UK Gift Card is the simple answer.
The short answer
- Amounts: £10, £25, £50 or £100.
- Delivery: a digital gift card, sent by email with a unique code. No postage and no waiting for a parcel.
- Never expires: they can use it whenever they are ready.
- Spend it on anything: every plush, accessory and delivery option on essauk.com, including sale items.
You can buy one on the ESSA UK Gift Card page.
How to buy a gift card
- Open the gift card page and pick an amount.
- At checkout, enter the recipient's details and a personal message. If you would rather hand it over yourself, send it to your own email and forward it on.
- The gift card arrives by email with its unique code.
How to redeem it
The recipient chooses their plush on essauk.com and enters the gift card code in the payment step at checkout. If the order costs less than the card, the balance stays on the card for next time. If it costs more, they pay the difference with another payment method. A gift card can also be combined with another gift card on the same order.
When a gift card makes the best present
- You are not sure which breed or size they would like. Our plush toys range from pocket size to large, and many people have a favourite breed in mind.
- The postal cut-off for a birthday or holiday has passed. A digital gift card can still arrive on the day.
- They are a collector. They can pick the plush missing from their shelf, rather than receive one they already own.
- You want to send a gift from a distance. There is nothing to wrap or post; just add your message at checkout.
- Their favourite plush is not available right now. The card never expires, so they can keep it for the plush they are waiting for.
Good to know
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to buy another gift card.
- Lost the email? Reply to your order confirmation or contact info@essauk.com and we will resend it.
Helping them choose
If the person you are buying for would like some ideas, our guide to gifts for dog lovers lists realistic Douglas® plush by breed, and our guide on how to choose your first ESSA companion walks through size, texture and personality. To compare sizes side by side, see the ESSA Size Guide.
