I bought chase the border collie, it was my dream essa from when i joined the essa community and after 2 years i made this dream of mine come true, i spend weeks if searching for a website that sells and shipps the plush to my country without charging over 80 euros, i live in switzerland so the shipping took 18 days, but it was defenetly worth the waiting and the price! Very good quality,the pacaging was litterally sooo cute! It came wrapped in blue silkpaper(idk if you say it like this in english), with a very cute thank you card and a FREE pink collar, i kept getting informed over where the package is over whatsapp/email, thank you so much essauk for this great service! I ordered a chase border collie and it arrived very quickly within 4 days. Firstly, I love the plush (jake the salty dog) but they didn't produce it, so even if I disliked it, it wouldn't be their fault. The shipping to Europe took about 5 buisness days and you could track your order throughout the whole process. It costed like 12€ and I dind't need to pay tax, tho I'm still wondering if this was a coincidence. So I can't tell if it's tax free for every european country. It came packaged well and I even got a little freebie. I definetly recommend and will order again soon

Perfect, beautiful packaged, my daughter loved making a video opening her essa. Also really appreciated the whatsapp updates. I actually still can't believe how great the quality is. It stands, sits, lies down and with a lead it's easy to move around to do tricks. Absolutely brilliant and my daughter takes him everywhere and I spent a fortune on pet supplies. Only suggestion would be to have more of a choice of accessories for sale on your website, for example harness, leads, collars, socks, bowl, toys and dog bed because it has been tricky getting the right sizes and would have saved lots of time just adding to order instead of many days out to local pet supply shops. I purchased Wolfgang, the Pointer and Chase, the Border Collie for my granddaughter. They arrived very quickly. I must now confess that I looked at the small box and thought I had been scammed, as I didn’t believe the 2 dogs would fit in it. I opened it to see the authentic dogs, beautifully wrapped. My only problem now is that the Border Collie is so beautiful, would my granddaughter hate me if I kept it? 😜

Order arrived promptly and was securely packaged with a nice note from the supplier. I did get feedback overnight when asking for some details about the product. Returns policy could be more prominent on the website as I had to dig to find that. My daughter is thrilled with her ESSA dog which is very expensive for what it is but she is very happy. The dog wasn’t weighted like we thought it might be as an emotional support plush so might be worth adding more to the descriptions to say ‘light weight’. Fantastic service so helpful and went above and beyond!! We ordered an ESSA teddy for my daughter for Christmas but she decided she did not like the eyes - she is autistic and very particular! I contacted Aida to see if we could exchange and she was more than happy to organise and helped us choose the right one sending us pictures of the dogs available and their eyes so that my daughter could be sure she was going to be happy with the chosen exchange.
