I am really impressed how fast the package was sent . On top whenever I asked about status I was getting an answer immediately. The package was beautiful packed ( perfect for unboxing) and we got a free gift :) My daughter is more than happy.

Very very soft dog is my new main essa the accessories comes sewn on so I cut them off this is my 10th Douglas dog. He is stuffed to perfection like usual very floppy and the designs are wonderful. I would 100% recommend. Even though I’m in Australia, the shipping was very fast though a little pricey. Overall I paid $150 for him which is pretty good because on eBay it was $500

I am 11 years old and I love essa uk but the Delivery was a bit disappointing because it says 2-4 day delivery but my order came 7 days later. I ordered The Yonkers Yorkie douglas plush for my collection and I loved it sooo much and it even came with a free collar and it was a perfect fit. I recommend The yonkers yorkie too.

This plush is the best! She is not too small or too big, and she is a real Douglas dog.She has blue eyes, unlike the brown eyes most Douglas plush have.Her fur is really soft, but it feels kind of wiery but the white fur is softer.The fur and nose won't get damaged by pool water. 100000000000/10 plushie! she is 16 inches long and not a stiff Douglas dog, so she can be posed to sit and lie down.She is my new essa and i named her Tokyo!

I got this for my daughter for her birthday and she loves it she asked for an essa so I ordered this one as it’s the same type dog as the one her grandad has, she will be getting more at birthday and Christmas in the future

I bought chase the border collie, it was my dream essa from when i joined the essa community and after 2 years i made this dream of mine come true, i spend weeks if searching for a website that sells and shipps the plush to my country without charging over 80 euros, i live in switzerland so the shipping took 18 days, but it was defenetly worth the waiting and the price! Very good quality,the pacaging was litterally sooo cute! It came wrapped in blue silkpaper(idk if you say it like this in english), with a very cute thank you card and a FREE pink collar, i kept getting informed over where the package is over whatsapp/email, thank you so much essauk for this great service! I ordered a chase border collie and it arrived very quickly within 4 days. I love him to bits. He arrived promptly and without issue. I've named him Crowley after the good omens character. He is so soft and gorgeous. He's with me in bed and a work on my desk. I didn't expect the free gift (a collar) and lovely packaging so that was an awesome surprise- this really is a nitpick but for me i would've liked to have been aware i was getting the free gift and maybe have chosen the collar colour (would have picked dark green, blue or red myself) As it is, Crowley is currently embracing his feminine side and rocking a lilac one. Will definitely order from Essa UK again as I am wanting a harness and id badge for him

This is something my step daughters really wanted, she absolutely adores her daisy, and takes her everywhere, she has brought her a bandana with her name on, a harness and leash food and water bowls to her it is the best thing ever so in my book worth every penny

ESSA UK IS AMAZING ! As i live in irland europe i thought i would never be able to get a douglas as amazon is really expensive. Then i found essa uk i managed to get one of my dream dogs jake salty dog which i didnt think was possible. Shipping took about 3 days and was really fast he was packaged beautifully with tissue paper and even came with a cute bow as a freebie. I would highly recommend essa uk their customer service is amazing.

Firstly, I love the plush (jake the salty dog) but they didn't produce it, so even if I disliked it, it wouldn't be their fault. The shipping to Europe took about 5 buisness days and you could track your order throughout the whole process. It costed like 12€ and I dind't need to pay tax, tho I'm still wondering if this was a coincidence. So I can't tell if it's tax free for every european country. It came packaged well and I even got a little freebie. I definetly recommend and will order again soon
