My daughter absolutely loves her new dog!

We are inseparable! He is so gorgeous. I’m an allegedly elderly lady, bedbound & getting end of life care now. I have been a dog owner from birth, my first words wer3 to call the dog to me! We lost our last precious boy in February last year & I am still grieving, my ESSA boy Jacob keeps me company now & gives great cuddles too.

Love my goat he goes everywhere with me. Great company quick delivery have already told my friends about it.

My daughter is absolutely over the moon with her new ESSA! She has named him Astro and has not put him down since he arrived. He is absolutely gorgeous! His fur is so soft and feels so lifelike. My daughter was so excited that she opened the package before I even had a chance to video the unboxing! 😂 She squealed with delight when she first saw her. She’s even more beautiful in person and looks incredibly realistic. My daughter has named her Trixie, and she loves brushing her, dressing her up, and taking her everywhere we go. We’ve even had people approach us because they genuinely thought she was a real pup! 🥰 Trixie has quickly become very special to her, and we couldn’t be happier with her. Can’t recommend Bella Golden Retriever enough! I named mine Auggie and we’ve been on so many adventures together already. He has the quality I’ve come to expect from Douglas products, with super soft fur, beans in his paws and the sweetest face (with pleather nose) ever! If sewn down ears aren’t your thing, the ears are stitched in such a way that they can be snipped loose in one cut if you can find the thread, which just leaves a barely noticeable pinprick on the underside of the flap. I think it makes him look way more expressive! And of course, he arrived beautifully packaged with a free accessory. How thoughtful!

I absolutely love this Douglas dog! It came very quick within 3 days, and arrived in mint condition. In The pictures below, do not include the harness, customised eyes, lead or vest in the product. It came with a free brown collar which he is not wearing right now. Overall, I am thrilled with this product and it defiantly deserves a 5 star review from me! My Gran is pleased too! My sweetie Shauna (Oma St. Bernard, next to my previously ordered Whispy Sheltie I got for my birthday) arrived today and OH MY GOSH. She is soo much softer than I expected. Her face is absolutely precious!! A detail I loved from the package was that they knew that this was a second order from them from me (sticker mentioned repeat customers) what a lovely surprise, I got a cute lil collar and some bows to match!! He was really well packaged. Texture of the fur is better than normal plushie toys. He isn't too Floppy but enough to cuddle.

Well this is now my third Douglas ESSA doggy from here and I can now say that I am totally obsessed and addicted with them. I purchased the Douglas Essa Bernie Beagle because I have a real life rescue beagle so they are special to me and I love that this one has a kind of angry but cute look in his face expression. His fur is so soft and the gorgeous colours are so true to real life Beagles. The quality again is excellent as with all Douglas Dogs. The customer service once again has been second to none. I cannot recommend them enough from the ease of ordering online to the selection they have is amazing and the fact that they also have the ESSA jackets and accessories to purchase is brilliant. The items are beautifully wrapped in tissue paper in a lovely ESSA box and the postage is also excellent along with the beautiful added little gifts and stickers is such a lovely gesture especially when they recognise that you are a returning customer. Customer service and communication is brilliant and the quality of the dogs and accessories is excellent as always! I love them and highly recommend them for young or older people as you are never too young or old to own a ESSA! The Douglas Essa Chester Black Labrador is my second Douglas dog that I have purchased from here and certainly won't be my last. Chester is so realistic and detailed, his fur is so soft and he is just so huggable and cuddly ideal for when you need comforting. I choose Chester because he is a namesake for someone who was taken too soon so he has a special place in my heart and gives me plenty of comfort. As someone who has several disabilities and severe anxiety leaving the house just to attend hospital and doctors appointments, the ESSA dogs help to comfort me and having more than one means I can take a different one each time. I love them and highly recommend them for young or older people as you are never too old to have a ESSA!

The dog didn't take long and arrived in 4 days just like expected. The dog came in amazing quality and not used at all. The packaging was secure and the inside packaging was super cute. My dog came with a free collar which is super nice of ESSA UK to give. I would recommend getting a dog from ESSA UK and I love the sinclair australian shepherd, I would recommend it, it's really cute, but if you don't like dogs with wiry fur (which covers most of the dog's body) you shouldn't get it. The face and legs however are very soft !

Jake the salty dog is a lovely plush. Love his accessories and his story. . So unique. Beautifully made as are all Douglas plush. Had to purchase him as we've nicknamed our Cockapoo Alfie salty dog as he loves canoeing with us in the sea. My 2nd purchase from ESSA now. Amazing customer care.
